Florida Mobile Mammography provides state-of-the-art 3D mobile mammography across Southeast Florida. We are passionate about women’s health and providing access to convenient screening services. Florida Mobile Mammography is now interviewing candidates for a Remote Patient Call Coordinator (Spanish Bilingual). The ideal candidate will be detail orientated, share our team-oriented approach, and be a self-starter. Only candidates who have a proven history of reliability will be considered. This will be a remote work from home position but will also provide back up for the front desk receptionist on the bus as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from patients and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and process insurance information.
• Provide accurate and clear information about our services and procedures.
• Assist patients with navigating the healthcare system and resolving any concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and team member.
• Provide back up for the front desk receptionist on the bus as needed.

Who You Are:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent and comfortable communicating in both languages)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, particularly imaging centers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passionate about patient care and committed to delivering exceptional service.
