Role Requirements:

• Hospice/Palliative Care Trained Physician – MD or DO – Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Subspecialty certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or
  • Certification through the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required
  • Palliative Care or Family Medicine Physician a plus
• Must possess/ability to obtain a Florida Medical License
• Call coverage is 1:3

Financial Package:

• Competitive compensation package with opportunity to make more based-on productivity.
