While the successful candidate will handle a variety of maintenance tasks, it is imperative that the person have HVAC experience.
Position responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
HVAC experience
Refrigeration experience
Functional knowledge of electrical work
Maintenance of gas appliances
Above average mechanical aptitude
Restaurant equipment experience is a plus
