POSITION SUMMARY:The Member Services Support Specialist always presents a professional image and appearance. Collects, manages, reports data, and serves as department typist (for correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, etc.) as needed. Will be proficient in all computer functions required for this position and always maintain confidentiality. Proficient at filing and tracking files. Must be flexible in meeting the demands of all department operations. QUALIFICATIONS: Education, skills and experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be able to type (30) wpm with 90% accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work accurately with forms.
Demonstrates customer-friendly skills.
Strong telephone and oral communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize.
Familiar with customer survey and satisfaction reports.
Maintain high level of confidentiality.
Must be a team player with high priority on efficiency.
Must be flexible in meeting the demands of all office operations.
