LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER – Gainesville, FL
Do you have a passion for the outdoors and a knack for leading a team?
Florida Green Keepers is seeking motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Leaders to join our growing team! The position is full-time (40-50 hour work weeks).
Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, motivating a crew to perform a variety of landscaping tasks (sodding, planting, irrigation, mulching, equipment operation) while ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
- Overseeing daily operations and delegate tasks effectively
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhering to project timelines and budgets
- Communicating effectively with crew members and supervisors
Crew Leader Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver's license
- 1 years’ experience in landscape and/or irrigation
- Ability to read and interpret landscape and irrigation plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work (1401 NW 53 AVE Gainesville, FL)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Benefits:
