Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks on recreational vehicles. This is position can be full time. We operate 7 days a week, but you are able to schedule your 5 day work week. A weekend day may be a scheduled day of your work week. Technicians average about 40 hours per week, and some days may be longer than 8-10 hours.

Your service area will be about a 100 mile radius from your home or city. There is a lot of driving involved.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in recreational vehicles

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes on generators and tire and brakes on travel trailers or 5th wheels. We do not work on Engines, Transmission or Drivetrains on Driveables.

- Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns

- Install and repair RV appliances, generators, and other equipment

- Conduct diagnostic tests using diagnostic tools

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components

- Experience in RV diagnostics and repairs

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
