**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
**Responsibilities:**
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.
- Providing information about products or services and promoting new offerings.
- Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals for call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
