Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Assist with taking reservations and managing waitlists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and waiting area
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with various tasks as needed to support the overall restaurant operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting, is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
