Duties include:
- Open to close and close to open.
- Verify guests are the legal drinking age, according to state guidelines.\ Exceptional menu knowledge to concisely answer question on all aspects of the different menu categories.

- Ability to guide guest through the menu and suggest appropriate upgrades to their meal.
- Communicate with management if guest has questions, concerns, or complaints.
- Taking guests drink and food orders correctly entering that into POS system while making drinks for the rest of the severs in the restaurant.
- Exceptional knowledge of alcoholic beverages, wines, beers, and other beverages to better aid guests.
- Perform other maintenance duties/side work management has assigned.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Must be 18 of age or over
- Capacity to give fan winning customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good verbal communication skills
- A smile loudly positive attitude.
- Ability to work standing for a significant amount of time
- An eye for details.
- Excellent organization and problem solving skills.
