Production Supervisors lead the people and manage resources for their lines to ensure on-time manufacturing and shipping of custom products that fully meet customer expectations and quality requirements. Production Supervisor work alongside their team to guide and coach employees building lockers with hand tools, jigs, and various power tools and equipment at floor or bench stations to assemble small, large, or precision subassemblies or finished products.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervisor and lead employees on a daily basis to ensure production goals are met
• Cross collaborate with sales and technical support on customer orders and lead times
• Manage resources to ensure efficiency and operation costs are met
• Ensure employees works safely and wear their PPE daily
• Follow and reinforce quality standards for every product
• Ensures ISO policies are followed
• Ensures employees are trained on work instructions and critical quality checks within their stations
• Monitor ongoing performance and skills of everyone in the department
• Other projects and duties as assigned

What you'll need to be a successful Production Supervisor

• At least 2 years experience in a lead or Supervisor position in a Manufacturing environment
• Intermediate to advanced computer and technology skills and aptitude
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees throughout the organization
• Efficient and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, structured and proactive
• Ability to stand, walk, lift bend for up to 10 hours per shift
• Willingness to undergo drug screen and background check if offered a position
