The Opportunity

Florence Corporation, a Gibraltar Industries Company, is proud to be the nations leading supplier of quality, centralized mailbox solutions. We are now hiring an entry-level, Junior Business Analyst professional looking to join a successful and fast-paced team where their contributions will make a significant impact in daily operations. This role is roughly 75% functional and 25% technical.

The Junior Business Analyst will utilize ERP System, SAP, to will work with business process owners to develop and implement end-to-end business processes to support core organizational goals and functions. Prioritizing efficiency, and time management, the Junior Business Analyst will recommend and implement solutions promptly to meet business needs.

This Junior Business Analyst will have an active role in Go Live events as well as new module implementation projects. Out of state company travel is required in this role.

This is an onsite position in Manhattan, Kansas.

What you'll do

• Assist leadership in prioritizing work requests, enhancements, and other initiatives, as necessary.
• Provide project management as wells as an active role in requirements gathering, testing and hypercare activities for all IT initiatives
• Implement business process changes and enhancements for existing business processes.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts as well as coordinate and perform end-to-end system integration testing.
• Collaborate with both internal resources as well as partners that may be onshore or offshore.
• Analyze current business needs, anticipate future needs, and provide solutions integrating various business operations.
• Diagnose problems through discussions with users and coordinate with internal and external support teams to resolve problems.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, problem resolution, publish progress reports, and recommend actions.
• Participate in audits and provide support as needed.

What we need

• Bachelor's degree in business management, MIS, computer science, or related fields. MBA preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, and third parties partners.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Periodic travel is required for support (25%), for pre-scheduled Go Live events, travel will increase (75%-100%).
