As the Warehouse employee at Flooring Solutions of Memphis, you play a crucial role inoverseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse. Your responsibilities encompassmanaging inventory, loading out installers & customers, receiving deliveries, and maintaininga safe and organized warehouse environment.

Warehouse hours of operation:

7 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday

Below are a list of the primary responsibilities of the role:

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory management inside of QFloors.
• Regularly conduct stock checks and coordinate with the purchasing team to replenishinventory as needed.
• Optimize warehouse space for effi cient storage and accessibility.

Order Fulfillment

• Oversee the accurate and timely fulfi llment of customer orders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize orders based on customer needs andproject timelines.
• Ensure that products are correctly picked, packed, and shipped.

Shipping and Receiving

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including checking for accuracy andcompleteness.
• Follow best practices for loading and unloading goods safely.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs

Warehouse Organization

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow systems for easy product retrieval and effi cient space utilization.
• Conduct regular safety audits and address any potential hazards promptly.

Quality Control

• Follow quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards.
• Conduct random quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to address any issues promptly.

Equipment Maintenance

• Oversee the maintenance and repair requests for warehouse equipment.
• Schedule regular equipment inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.

Reporting and Documentation

• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfi llment, and warehouseeffi ciency.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities and transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the fl ooring orconstruction industry.
• Ability to work independantly.
• Experience operating a forklift is required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
