OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS AS AN ACCOUNT COORDINATOR : Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-ups.
Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders. Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
Other duties as assigned by location management. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
High School Diploma / GED / College required. Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
