Responsibilities may include working estimating, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance, but ultimately it is hitting your sales goals each week - being a self-starter and one who wants to win is critical to your success.

Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, personal drive and the ability to work in a team environment where customer service is more than just a slogan.

Must know the difference from being an order taker and a consummate sales professional, we sell our services in a competitive environment and order takers burn leads while TRUE professionals maintain customers for life and have a retention rate with 80% referral business from their delighted clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Collect payments
• Take added responsibility for store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
