Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced vinyl and hardwood installer with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional knowledge and expertise in vinyl and hardwood installation.

SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. PERSONAL VEHICLE FOR TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

Attention to Detail: The candidate must possess a keen eye for detail to ensure an impeccable finish. Must be able to provide guidance and recommendations to clients for achieving the desired aesthetic result.

Safety and Cleanliness: The candidate must adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all aspects of the job, including handling tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and hazard-free work area, and employing proper personal protective equipment. They should also maintain cleanliness throughout the project, ensuring that debris, dust, and excess materials are promptly removed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a professional Vinyl, Laminate and Hardwood Installer.

Proficient in measuring, cutting, and laying planks with precision.

Familiarity with different types of products (nail down, glue down, free floating)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality finishes.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address unforeseen challenges during installations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, depending on project requirements.

Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide guidance throughout the installation process.

Commitment to safety protocols and cleanliness.
