Position : Commercial Outside Sales Rep for Floor Coverings International

  • Sales Experience : 3-5 years of in-home and / or outside sales, with a preference in commercial flooring. Outside B2B sales.

  • Tech-Savvy : Be computer literate and self-motivated.

  • Urgency : Approach tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Availability : Normal business hours with occasional evening or Saturday appointments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Engagement : Identify commercial clients to discuss their flooring needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Sales System : Utilize our sales system with the help of technology CRM and tablet based estimating software.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Build and cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, provide solutions and close the deal.
  • Product Knowledge : Knowledge of various flooring products LVP, carpet and hardwood.
  • Networking : Industry led commercial groups, tours
  • Project Management : Coordinate with installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

Compensation :

Earning Potential : Strong base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn $100,000 annually.
