Compensation Package:

• Earn $50-70k in your first year (Base Salary Bonus Opportunity)

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate job site visits with respect to client needs and crew strengths to ensure crews are meeting or exceeding brand delivery standards
• Show strong priority and time management behaviors
• Ensure that all field programs, systems, and initiatives are being executed at a high level
• Build and foster a performance culture with painting crews to maximize productivity and profitability
• Provide field training and coach flooring crews to improve brand delivery and productivity
• Take ownership with diligent client follow-up and follow-through
• Facilitates the resolution of client warranty & workmanship issues
• Ensure flooring crews are compliant with Company, OSHA, and EPA safety guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Construction/management experience preferred
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate software based platforms.
• Clean background check
• Valid driver's license and vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
