Overview:

Flomotion, the brand, is an apparel brand that screen prints all our graphic prints in-house. Our current open positions are in the screen printing department. As a press operator you will work within a team and are in charge of managing this team.

Duties:

- Set up and operate printing press according to job specifications

- Must be able to set up a job from start to finish, including cleaning and burning screens, lining up art, dialing in dryer temperature etc.

- Monitor the printing process to detect any issues or defects

- Make adjustments as needed to maintain print quality

- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, such as cleaning and lubricating

- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or printing errors

- Inspect finished prints for quality control purposes

- Keep workspace clean and organized

Experience and requirements:

- Screen printing experience is required

- M&R equipment experience is a plus, but can always train someone.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your feet all day

- Reliable transportation

- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40lbs.

- Able to stand and move around the warehouse. This is not an idle position

- Work well in a team setting

- Able to work with ink and cleaning chemicals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
