Description

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you can positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents that you care for through providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the Nursing Assistants. This care is in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act; current federal, state, and local standards. Our Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ensure quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications


SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • At least two years of LTC, MS, or Home Health experience - Required
  • BLS (AHA) - Required
  • Covid Vaccine Required - Religious/Medical Exemptions allowed*
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • License must be active at time of submission!
