When you apply please address your qualifications and experience in customer service, retail, outdoor recreation (if applicable), and performing physical tasks.

Perks of the job:

  • Be part of a fun, fast-paced team and positive environment while you learn about different watersports and help put customers on the water
  • Potential mid season raise based on performance.
  • Performance based end of season cash bonus if you stick out the season and depending on how busy we are ($250-$500)
  • Fun working environment with strong training program; a great resume builder and we will serve as excellent references for any future job
  • Use of boats, gear, and equipment outside of work
  • You will learn about the outdoors, watersports, floating, and outdoor recreation
