The Community Analytics Ecosystem Lead is responsible for nurturing and growing Community Analytics partnerships.

CA relationships are exciting and often complex, requiring deep ecosystem knowledge and strategic prowess to drive results.

The individual for this role must be keenly adept at understanding blockchain technology, driving network & community evolution, and know how to build & maintain relationships that drive results.

Primary Responsibilities :

Support the client with direct & frequent communicationsDeliver on KPIs and drive the team to hit targets - outcomes are criticalManage and lead client check-in meetingsDrive efficient cross-functional collaboration within the Flipside orgBuild and execute programs for the Flipside Earn platformProvide succinct weekly reporting & updates to both internal and external teamsLead the narrative development process, ensuring a fluid customer experienceActivate ambassadors and support the delivery of partner analytics requestsDevote the appropriate amount of time per account based on contract size & needsBuild relationships within partner ecosystems to : a) promote growth campaigns and b) champion Flipside’s name

Supporting responsibilities :

Support the Account Manager on QBRs & renewals with slide creation & KPIs reportingProvide ecosystem insights & SME to the business development teamAdvise on strategic decision-making for driving partner outcomes

Qualifications :

Proven track record of 3 years in customer success or account management, preferably in the blockchain or data analytics industry.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications required.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
