Cost Controller: Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and supplies. Oversees production, portion control, waste, and pilferage

Focused on Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Must be able to handle customer issues well in order to ensure repeat business

Working Manager and Team Player who can jump in where needed

Full Time positions are available. Pay reviews are conducted annually.
