The Opportunity: Are you ready to be part of something truly groundbreaking? As Product Analyst at Flip Shop, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to revolutionize e-commerce.
We're seeking a data-driven individual who's self-motivated and a great collaborator. Our ideal candidate has experience in product-focused roles and a track record of turning customer/product data into actionable insights and ideas. We are looking for someone with a passion for understanding our customer's behaviors and ability to deliver frameworks that inform decisions and influence our product roadmap. Responsibilities
    • Analyze product performance and customer data to deliver actionable insights and opportunities to inform product direction.
    • Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence product and growth strategy.
    • Work closely with the product team to define and report main metrics and performance indicators that measure overall product health.
    • Identify new opportunities, areas of improvement and product enhancements via data analysis and creative thinking.
    • Translate customer needs into actionable insights, frameworks and ideas.
    • Deliver and maintain accurate dashboards, records and reports on product performance.
    • Work closely with the product team to influence roadmap and decisions via data-driven insights.
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field.
    • 3 years in an analytical or product role.
    • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL).
    • Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude.
    • Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open ended questions.
    • Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
    • Office based in El Segundo, CA preferred but also accepting remote candidates.
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
Base salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
