The Opportunity: As Operations Analyst at Flip.shop, a fast-paced and high-growth social e-commerce platform, you will be responsible for monitoring performance related metrics on the platform, proactively identifying issues or improvement opportunities and working with the Brand Support team to assist brands. Your primary focus will be to monitor and maintain a strong brand performance process and effective feedback loop to enhance user experience on Flip.shop. Responsibilities
Manage and execute end-to-end Brand Performance process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for brands on Flip.shop regarding brand Performance Process.
Implement and maintain KPI's and suggest improvements to the process.
Organize and coordinate regular meetings with brands, ensuring effective communication and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Act as a liaison between brands and internal teams, effectively conveying brand feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate departments.
Collaborate closely with the Integrations and Onboarding teams addressing all integration issues in a timely manner.
Gather and analyze brand feedback, compile reports and insights to provide valuable input for product development and process enhancements.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize brand performance sub-processes and implement strategies to ensure objective outcome.
Requirements
Previous experience in Operations, account management, or customer success roles within a fast-paced e-commerce or marketplace environment.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and integrations with storefronts such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with brands and internal teams.
Prior process management experience.
Proficient with excel and google office suite.
$65,000 - $80,000 a year Base salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
