What you will do:

The Chief Service Delivery Officer (CSDO) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our software solutions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across our global service delivery teams. The CSDO is a strategic leader who can optimize delivery operations and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Collaborating with our Executive team, you will work to develop and execute a company strategy. As a leader of global delivery operations, you will evangelize these strategic goals in a manner that fosters a culture of collaboration and inspires a global delivery team to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

You will develop and implement a comprehensive service delivery strategy that enhances efficiency quality, and scalability of service delivery processes. Collaborating closely with service delivery operations, sales and account management teams, you will drive initiatives improving customer satisfaction and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record (X years) in a senior leadership role overseeing service delivery operations within the software industry. 
  • External knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and executive leadership. 
  • Demonstrate success in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence. 
  • Global mindset and experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Hands-on experience delivering high-quality software solutions which includes, but is not limited to overseeing, and optimizing end-to-end service delivery operations.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans for service delivery operations that identify and mitigate potential risks ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Experience analyzing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement, to define KPIs measuring the success of delivery operations ensuring the effectiveness and success of service delivery operations.
  • Demonstrable experience developing a nascent PMO; experience implementing best practices for project management, resource allocation, managed support, and customer communication to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence that will allow you to foster a culture of collaboration, provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for you team.
  • Show a commitment to customer satisfaction through your track record working with global Professional Services teams.

Additional Information:

  • Work Location: Home Office – we will consider applications from different locations within the US and Canada
  • You must be in one of the following states or willing to relocate to one of the following states to be considered:Colorado, Florida, Washington, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Arizona, Utah, New Jersey
  • Ability and flexibility to travel mainly throughout Northern America (Travel requirement – 10 to 25%)
