Your Job Flint Hills Resources is currently seeking a Damage Prevention Coordinator to join our team at the Cottage Grove facility in Minnesota.
While the primary focus will be in Minnesota, this role will also involve duties in Wisconsin and Iowa as necessary. The Damage Prevention Coordinator is tasked with accurately locating pipelines, ensuring safe excavations around them, inspecting Right-of-Way, and managing contractors responsible for vegetation clearance.
Additionally, responsibilities include inputting data into various computer programs, receiving assignments through work management systems, and contributing to the management of small projects.
This role also offers a flexible 9 / 80 work schedule, meaning there is the potential for every other Friday off depending on workload or potential plant needs.
Our Team The team you will be working with consists of 3 other Damage Prevention Coordinators. Our team covers Damage Prevention activities for our pipelines around our Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount, MN and our area of coverage extends from the north metro area down to the Iowa border.

In the event of unplanned events or system call-outs, you must be available for on-call rotations during selected nights and weekends, as required.
Team members may occasionally travel (with overnight stays) for regular duties, training, meetings, or short-term assistance at other locations.
