Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and & receiving workflow.
• Assign tasks to forklift drivers.
• Load and unload all inbound and outbound trailers – Signature required on outbound Bill of Lading (BOL).
• Use FlexXray’s yard mule to move unattended trailers around as required. 
• Proactively advise supervisor of forklift and yard mule maintenance issues.
• Completion of weekly Forklift/Yard Mule Inspection and checklist.
• Responsible for ensuring yard checks and trailer temperature checks are complete and accurate.
• Responsible for proper pallet handling, storage, and care.
• Responsible for ensuring lines have proper product in order to run.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment.
• Reporting to supervisor any issues with the shipping or receiving process.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice GMP’s.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Warehouse/Distribution experience.
• Forklift experience, yard mule and other warehouse equipment experience.
• Work well independently and strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication skills – collaboration with other departments.
• Basic Computer skills – WMS.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, twist, grab, pull, push, reach, walk and sit.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
