FLEXX Productions, a premier event rental company serving Northern Colorado, is looking for several Field Crew Technicians to join the team! The ideal candidate will have one to one to two years of experience in warehousing, construction, moving and/or maintenance, and a valid CO driver’s license preferred. OSHA 10 hours, forklift certification, and experience leading a team, a plus!

Job Summary:

In this position you will help set up elaborate weddings, intricate festivals, large corporate functions, and various other events. You will execute the delivery or pick-up of event rental equipment on various sites including, but not limited to venues, private residences, public streets, or corporate properties. You will properly install FLEXX equipment on job sites according to the manufacturers’ specifications, training video(s), and expectations from the direct supervisor. While inside the warehouse, multi-craft functions such as repair work, loading/unloading vehicles, or product maintenance may be required.

• Valid DL, ability to drive for the company

Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, alphabetize, and repetitively lift. Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to 25 – 100 pounds. Ability to push a hand truck up to 60 feet, over curbs and up ramps. Ability to step up and down from heights of 12” to 29”. Ability to use manual pallet jacks on sometimes slightly imperfect surfaces up to 1,000 pounds up to 60 feet pushing or pulling.

Time commitment: Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm or until “finished” for the day, which means the assigned jobs are complete and the next day is set up for success. Shift start and end times may fluctuate with differing event assignments. This position will require overtime and some weekend hours, especially during our busy season.
