FlexStaff Careers is Hiring a Shipping and receiving Near New York, NY
Essential Job Functions include the following, but not limited to :
- Process and ship all outgoing orders, purchase orders and packages with appropriate documentation according to policy, procedures and schedules
- Receive and process all incoming packages according to procedures
- Forward packages accordingly to the required departments
- Knowledge of MRP / EPR software will be a plus
- Maintain adequate shipping supplies inventory
- Keep the shipping and receiving department neat and well organized at all times
- Process shipments using shipping method / software appropriate for items / delivery speed
- Preparing packing / shipping documents domestic and International
- Good computer skills
- General building maintenance, coordinate and schedule with maintenance vendors
- Minimum 5years relevant work experience
