Job Description

Experienced Human Factors Engineers/Researchers (by applied work experience OR academic background) to apply user-centered design principles to the research, design, and development of new products and features. The ideal candidates should be able understand the research topic and play a very hands-on and active part of planning/executing the study and analyzing the data gather in it. A typical day could include (but not limited to): recruit study participants, create research protocols, run user study sessions, conduct human factors tasks, analyze study results, communicate with cross functional partners. Candidates must be able to work exceptionally well in a fast-paced environment and multitask between tasks/projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis of data and provide clear and concise feedback to teams in a timely manner.
   2. Define, implement, and execute tests and user studies to validate comfort and fit of audio products.
   3. Help with development of new protocols for user studies and getting necessary approvals.
   4. Recruit subjects for studies while being mindful of diversity & inclusion criterion.
   5. Perform basic analysis of the results collected during the study.
   6. Work closely with cross functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize results from the study.
   7. Prepare project presentations and communicate findings with key stakeholder and upper management.
