Flexforce is currently hiring for an experience crane operator working in Voss, TX. Job opportunity is a project based that will be needed until the end of the year. The type of crane that will be operate will be a 30/35 Ton Tadano/Mantis cranes – small track crane with a hydraulic boom. We are working in a fairly congested area, building small water tanks

Must have a valid NCCCO card

Per Diem: Available for anyone open to travel to Voss, TX

Duties:

- Operate and maintain cranes in a safe and efficient manner
- Lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment using the crane
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the crane
- Inspect and maintain the crane to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Communicate with team members to coordinate lifting operations
- Rig loads for safe lifting and transport
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on the crane as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating cranes or similar heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of crane operations
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and load charts
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and forklift operation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
