As a Field Service Technician, your role is to guarantee prompt and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office equipment, while also cultivating and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction with our services and products.Your responsibilities will include:- Servicing products independently- Diagnosing basic printing issues, discerning between printer and network problems- Installing scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer setting- Managing inventory according to company standards- Upkeeping your vehicle, tool kit, and supplies- Cultivating and preserving professional relationships with customers and staff- Assisting sales by providing insights on issues or potential leads- Upholding a professional demeanor- Ensuring maximum equipment uptime through prompt repairs- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction- Efficiently managing your time

What you will contribute to the role:

Preferred prior experience in maintenance and repair of Ricoh office equipment.Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude and skills.Basic networking knowledge.Computer and analytical skills.High School Diploma required; Electronics or Computer Associate's degree preferred.Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds, as well as pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.Minimum age requirement of 21 with a valid driver's license from the state of residence and a clean driving record.Independent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
