We are a top real estate firm looking for a Sales Agent to add to our team! The Sales Agent will be an essential member of our team by handling phone calls and setting appointments. You will be trained by top real estate agents in the industry focusing on the areas of lead generation and appointment setting. Total compensation package potential north of $80,000.
The right individual will concentrate on phone-based lead generation, initiating prospect calls, creating rapport with both new and existing leads, setting appointments and following up. Self-motivation and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The position does require obtaining a real estate license in the state of Vermont.
