Responsibilities

*All work must be performed in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with Company Policy,local, provincial and/or federal rules and regulations; *Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; *Awareness of Environmental Policy and Quality Policy; how the position’s responsibilitiesimpact on environment and quality; *Personnel performing work affecting product quality shall be competent on the basis of on-going training, appropriate education, skills and experience; *Performs other duties as required by managers to keep pace with changes in scope of work. *Need to be familiar with the following computer programs: Excel, Word and EmailRequirements *Produces components by following operator instructions to assemble parts; *Inspects parts visually for obvious defects and component verification; *Install lights, harnesses, and/or other components to molded/painted parts as required; *Packs finished products in racks, bags, cardboard boxes, dunnage and totes; *Label parts ensuring label accuracy; *Maintains work area, cleans and replenishes parts as required; *Ensures all parts are labeled properly following plant widecolor-codingsystem. *Ability to work positions changing from standing to bending and lifting up to 30lbs. (Inspector onfronts two inspectors lift part 15lbs each) of parts and boxes *Ability to work in an environment that may have health hazards such as dust, forklift noise withracks, heat in the summer months.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to rotate on different jobs
• Be able to maintain an acceptable work pace throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift automotive parts up to 30 lbs, bending, reaching, twisting, and standing
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Experience utilizing hand tools and/or machinery is a plus
• Self-motivated reliable team player. Must be dependable, on time.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to learn new skills and behaviors.
