Flex-n-Gate is Hiring an Assembly 2nd shift Near Battle Creek, MI

A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals.
Responsibilities
Direct hire opportunities to start asap.
Will be loading and unloading components into robotic assembly machines. Will also pack and visually inspect parts.
Positions start at $19.35 / hour with two scheduled pay increases within first 6 months of employment. Additional shift premium of $0.
75 / hour for 2nd shift.
Monthly attendance bonus equal to an additional $0.75 per hour!
Qualifications
- Prefer minimum of one year previous manufacturing experience in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including background check and physical
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have a quality focused attitude with strong attention to detail
- Must have excellent attendance
