Position Overview

Flex-Able Solutions is seeking an Staff/ Senior Accountant to support and deliver accounting solutions for our clients. Depending on the role filled, you could have full-cycle accounting responsibilities including payroll. We partner with small to mid-size businesses with annual revenues of under $25M, including nonprofits, which makes up 60% of our clientele. In addition to nonprofits, we also work with professional services, manufacturing, and distribution. Our breakdown of long-term to contract opportunities is 75% to 25%. Requirements

Essential Functions

You will perform full-cycle accounting responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Payroll
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• B2B Collections
• Month-end close
• Account reconciliations
• Bookkeeping
• Financial statement preparation

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting, related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience as an accountant with proficiency in numerous areas
• Proficient with MS Office 365, particularly with MS Teams and Excel
• System savvy with accounting software and QuickBooks Online preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Strong attention-to-detail and self-motivated
