Qualifications

• Current Practical or Registered Nurse License (LPN/RN)
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current CPR
• Complies with accepted professional standards and practice

Responsibilities

Accurately follow an individualized plan of care

Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients

Maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Consult and coordinate with health care team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Flexible scheduling, pick your own days & weekly direct deposit every Friday.
