As a Deal Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for performing routine audits and verifying documentation pertaining to a customer’s vehicle purchase to ensure that all information is accurate and in line with Company compliance and guidelines.

This role requires previous experience as a biller in an automotive dealership and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Examine contracts to assure conformity to compliance requirements.
• Ensure documents are signed and completed accurately.
• Ensure customers were presented with documents that accurately represent their agreement concerning the purchase of the vehicle or repair services rendered.
• Ensure dealership is using the compliance checklist to ensure they meet all applicable legal and finance regulations and requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership as a biller.
• Strong understanding of automotive billing process, including vehicle titles, registration and finance contracts.
• Proficient in using dealership managements systems and billing software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.

Pay: $28 - $32 / hour
