Flenniken Family Dentistry is a small family-owned business in central Pennsylvania. We have been in practice for close to fifty years with two generations of dentists. We provide variety of services, and comprehensive treatment planning. We are a patient-oriented practice.

Associate Dentist
Duties:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide comprehensive dental care including restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and periodontal treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical records (Epic) system
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique in the dental office
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry through continuing education
Experience:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Proficiency in dental procedures and techniques including restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and some oral surgery
- Knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
