You have the passion and understanding of brand tone and are eager to use your creativity to solve problems. Responsibilities

Leader

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities as evident the by ability to collaborate with leadership partners, motivate team, inspire/facilitate original thinking and keep morale high
  • Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style, and are able to write in a variety of tones and voices
  • Contribute innovative ideas and tactics appropriate to client marketing strategy
  • You have a strong understanding of the client's needs and objectives, and are able to adapt your writing style to suit different audiences and contexts
  • Develop and deliver breakthrough creative concepts and ideas founded in insights across all platforms for briefs and new business pitches
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvements within assigned business group and department and offer executable solutions
  • Work closely with other creative director(s), art/copy to ensure that all final products demonstrate the highest-quality creative and effectively communicate brand messages to target audiences
  • Be involved in the work, helping to execute ideas as needed by writing compelling copy that is consistent with the overall tone and aligns with the visual concepts and message of the campaign
  • Knowledge of clients’ business and team members
  • Exhibit advanced content knowledge across all forms of art execution, including photography, GFX, motion, music, and sound and be able to make recommendations
  • Keep abreast of award-winning creative and the current promotional environment for assigned categories and help teams identify and prepare work for award submissions
  • Stay abreast of creative trends and collaborate with other teams to recommend new technologies/social media approaches to grow business
  • Mentor and guide junior talent, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers

Brand Champion

  • Act as a brand steward, maintaining the integrity and excellence of each brand in all materials developed
  • Consistently provide fresh, unique and creative strategic thinking for all brand marketing/advertising initiatives
  • Ensure that agency work is on strategy and contributes to growing the client’s business
  • Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas
  • Act as gatekeeper to ensure that all final products released demonstrate only the highest-quality creative and effectively communicate brand messages to targeted customers
  • Be an effective presenter and clearly communicate creative concepts and rationale for creative and copy choices to team, clients and/or new business prospects
  • Demonstrate ability to “zoom in and out” (big-picture thinking as well as attention to details) as necessary

Collaborator

  • Collaborate effectively with client/agency creative, account, customer experience teams and CRMs
  • Work as a team with copywriters, designers, video, strategy, planner, producer and PM/operations to develop original concepts and executions with the intention of sparking conversation and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the other teams/creative hubs to avoid a silo-effect working environment
  • Collaborate effectively and help create a collaborative work environment among all departments; demonstrate the ability to handle conflicts in a positive, professional and productive manner
  • Work with account service from beginning to end of projects, ensuring that each one meets creative, strategic and budgetary goals
  • Establish and maintain productive partnerships inside and outside of agency
  • Maintain positive relationships with and utilize internal departments appropriately
  • Working with team or creative you understand the client's needs and objectives, and can adapt their writing style to suit different audiences and contexts
  • Ensure senior creative is informed of team/department information when it could have effects on the business

  • Project a professional attitude and foster an atmosphere of respect, support and cooperation
  • Monitor overall workload to effect efficiency and ensure that waiting or downtime is minimized

Qualifications

  • Exemplary creative portfolio
  • Conceptual creative and strategic thinker
  • College degree in English, communications or a related field
  • 5-7 years of creative agency experience; relevant experience in creative development, execution and management for multiplatform brands
  • 1 years of supervisory experience
  • Advanced understanding of creative fundamentals in all media areas (art, copy, production, video production and editing, motion, design, digital and social platforms)
  • Have solid knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
  • Have solid experience of the production process
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working on several projects simultaneously

The anticipated salary range for this position at Account Supervisor level is $65,000-$110,000, and the anticipated range at Managing Supervisor level is $85,000-$150,000.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
