Fleetwood Bank is Hiring a Financial Services Representative Near Fleetwood, PA

Job description

Fleetwood Bank, the only community bank headquartered in Berks County, is looking for a full time Financial Services Representative. Fleetwood Bank embraces a family focused culture and supports our neighbors in the communities we serve. The selected candidate will be the “frontline” of our bank and will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives. Prior cash handling, customer service, and industry experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided! Ability to travel to multiple branch locations within Berks County is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine bank transactions within time limits and established guidelines
  • Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services
  • Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services
  • Go the “extra mile” to build relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Comply with regulatory requirements
  • Manage risk and detect fraudulent transactions
  • Resolve customer issues
