Job Position: Service and Installation Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: WEEKLY PAY

Payrate: $48K - $55K DOE

Description of work:

FleetGenius is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service and Installation Coordinator to keep our Service and Installation crews running smoothly and efficiently and to serve as a liaison between service technicians and customers. This is a great opportunity to assist our teams and customers with diverse projects and provide service support.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Main point of contact for customers for any service calls, part orders, and installation—these will come in via phone or email.
Collaborating with third-party installers, and service department supervisor to create strategic plans to deliver service, installation, and parts for customers in a timely manner.
Delegating and directing service calls to service supervisory and/or third-party service companies and monitoring the progress of current projects.
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
Performing administrative tasks, such as collecting work orders/field service reports and updating calendars, processing new orders.
Setting up and maintaining a service and installation calendar.
Monitoring and collecting client complaints and communicating with the service department supervisor.

Requirements:

2-4 years previous related field experience
Previous service experience
Strong industry and product knowledge, or willingness to learn.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Computer literacy, good organizational skills, and be able to meet aggressive timelines.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
