Job Position: Controller
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: WEEKLY PAY
Payrate: $110,000 D.O.E
Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm OT will be required Average 50hrs a week
Description of work:
The Controller must have experience to keep our figures and budgets on track with unwavering accuracy. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of math and intricate knowledge of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial transactions within an organization.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct High-level general-ledger account reconciliations,
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes, including assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of accounts.
- Prepare Financial Statements and Analysis.
- Responsible for the successful competition of Audits.
- Manage Staff Accountant and their duties.
- Experience in audit accounting.
- Extensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of an accounting information system.
- Superior knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to collaborate with staff members.
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
- Bachler Degree accounting, business accounting, or finance
- CPA certification
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail.
