FLEETCOR is Hiring a Custom Services Coordinator Near Wichita, KS

What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Custom Services Coordinator within our lodging division. This position falls under our CLC line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will be an expert in the lodging industry, the goal of the Custom team to provide the same excellent level of service to all clients. A part of this service level is managing employee expectations, maximizing roles and ensuring that our team has the right tools to complete all required work items. The position will be responsible for creating a more dynamic onboarding process for new hire staff, developing better manuals/videos on how to execute various items including managing overall book of business numbers and working to support need technologies to enhance our levels of service. You will report directly to the Manager/Lead and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.
How We Work
As a Custom Services Coordinator, you will be expected to work in an office environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Being proficient and consistent in providing a high quality of service to staff with minimal to no errors
  • Using knowledge to educate all other departments on approved proper procedures
  • Exhibiting and utilizing knowledge of hotel industry, clients, and client industry
  • Identifying and resolving internal technology needs regarding team duties and needs
  • In collaboration with the lead and manager the coordinator will be responsible for reporting for both internal CFG’s and leadership and external teams. This includes team and individual performance metrics and assessing customer need fulfillment.
  • Assessing team workload and assigning pending work to team based on prioritization and employee resource capabilities
  • Additional responsibilities can include working assignments, researching and tracking of assigned system work and matrix follow up.
  • Consistently providing an unexpected level of service where even unspoken needs are met for our employee base to the extent to have positive feedback on our client base
  • Attending all scheduled trainings, meetings, or other events as assigned by manager
  • Enhancing all tools used to support department
  • Misc. admin/project duties as assigned, offloading of miscellaneous administrative/ technical tasks from leadership as needed
  • Exhibiting a high level of resourcefulness, utilizing all tools at hand
  • General understanding of sourcing and negotiating procedures and processes, to provide additional resources/support as part of current workload and specific project requests
  • Exhibiting a strong level of teamwork, collaborating with your peers daily to ensure all client needs are met at the highest level
  • Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • Ability to multitask and switch from one project to another seamlessly
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve at a high level through critical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment and deliver superior service with a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and navigating the internet
  • Excellent personal interaction, communication, and phone skills along with a high degree of initiative, personal responsibility, ownership, and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
