Job Description:

As a Semi Trailer Parts Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our semi-trailer parts department. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, assisting them in identifying, ordering, and troubleshooting semi-trailer parts. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate semi-trailer parts based on their specifications and needs.
• Provide accurate and timely information on product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and customer-centric manner.
• Order Processing:
• Process orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in product selection, pricing, and delivery details.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate the timely shipment of orders.
• Track and monitor order shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Technical Assistance:
• Offer technical support to customers by providing detailed information about the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semi-trailer parts.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
• Generate reports on sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback for management review.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and advancements in semi-trailer technology.
• Continuously update product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or trailer parts industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge of semi-trailer parts and their applications.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software for order processing and customer support.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
