Job Title: Inside Sales Representative, After market Truck Body parts
Location: Fleet Parts, Belleville, NJ
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, customer oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. While working to establish new customers and supporting existing clients, they will support both inbound and outbound sales initiatives. This is accomplished through cold calling, fielding inbound phone calls and email, processing new daily orders and following up with existing orders.
Responsibilities:
· Manage inbound sales opportunities through the input of notes, quotes and orders via company software, selling aftermarket truck body parts.
· Conduct lead follow-up consisting of outbound calls and email.
· Understand customer needs and requirements in processing quotes and sales orders.
· Utilize mathematical calculations to determine appropriate quantities and conversion pricing for various truck and body parts. Cross selling other products within the Fleet Parts/ Galleher Family will be desirable as well.
· Timely handling of customer inquiries, guiding customers to appropriate solutions and alternatives as required.
· Work closely with vendors and transportation providers to secure competitive pricing.
· Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close orders maintaining quarterly quotas.
· Process returns orders and generate RMA’s; some walk-in traffic may surface from time to time
· Works closely with accounts receivable (AR) department as required.
· Maintain and expand the database of prospects. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
· Collaborate with the outside sales team and management to provide seamless support and follow up, order entry, and confirmations across our national account base.
Requirements:
Proven inside sales experience, 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
· Track record of over-achieving quota.
· Pursue new sales opportunities with exceptional follow through.
· Strong phone presence and experience in multiple inbound/outbound calls per day.
· Experience working with NetSuite or similar CRM database.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
· Strong listening and presentation skills, understanding customer needs and problem solving.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Knowledge or experience in the lOEM Truck Body Industry. Industry experience in lumber wholesale and steel manufacturing industry is a plus. · High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
Inside sales representatives work in a typical office environment. The role will involve sitting for extended periods and some lifting of supplies and materials.
