FULL TIME AUTOMOTIVE RENTAL COORDINATOR

LOCATION: Bryan

Fleet One Rental is expanding and needs dependable and self motivated individuals to run rental operations opening in Bryan.

The Fleet One Rental Coordinator will need to be focused on the customer experience and product presentation providing the best vehicles and service level to all renters. Schedule is flexible with openings for both full and part time hours including Saturdays. Closed on Sundays and no late nights!

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring positive customer experience for renter.

· Complete vehicle cleaning including washing, vacuuming and interior detail.

· Schedule outgoing rentals, maintaining up to date accounts and returning rentals.

· Work with service and body shop advisors to schedule dealership rentals.

· Complete accurate and complete rental contracts for all channels of business

· Handle updating contracts, payments and completing insurance verifications.

· Complete vehicle condition inspections, check fluid, tire pressures.

· Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles up to 26’ box truck.

· Proficiency in English

· Ability to use a tablet, computer, cell phone and printer.

· Valid driver’s license in good standing.

· High School diploma required and MUST be 21 years old

Schedule:

· FT Must be Available 40 hours. PT flexible from 20-30 hours.

· Saturday availability a must!

· Work hours will vary between 7am to 6pm by location.
