Position Summary:

Responsible for managing our customer experience on the sales floor by engaging customers, problem-solving customer needs, creating an upbeat and inclusive atmosphere, and maintaining an attractive sales floor in a relaxed atmosphere. Employees receive full benefits after 90 days and five paid sick days/one week of vacation after a year.

Qualifications:

This position requires little experience and is personality based. Employees need to have a willingness to go above and beyond when needed, flexibility and positive reaction to change. Ability to meet and exceed sales goals, sense of who we are and what our customer comes to us to find. Ability to balance customer service with tasking. Available evenings and weekends. Retail experience is always welcomed.

Essential Duties:

• Work with customers to ensure proper fitting of footwear and sports bras utilizing our FITlosophy
• Be proactive in learning the details of each shoe, apparel item, and accessory in the store as well as fit and function
• Work one-on-one and as a team to ensure each customer receives a unique customer experience from the sales floor to the cash wrap
• Build genuine relationships with customers through active listening
• Determine the customer’s needs and offer suggestions or alternatives
• Help to maintain organization, cleanliness, and restock storewide
• Be an ambassador for Fleet Feet at all activities, functions, and happenings
