Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager with 4 years of experience to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, as well as coordinating and attending community and marketing events. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and analytics.
Responsibilities:
This role requires frequent trips to our operating locations, to meet with and support store operators, including attending all marketing and community events. Location focused with a flexible daily schedule. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, social media, email marketing, and advertising
- Manage and optimize our social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for marketing materials, website, and blog
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Design, Create, and print marketing materials
- Website udpate and management
- Coordinate and attend off site marketing and community events
Experience:
- Must have 4 years of successfully executed marketing campaigns and strategies
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, advertising sales, and performance marketing
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong time management skills with attention to efficient scheduling

Pay: $56,380.00 - $61,579.00 per year
