The Work You'll Be Doing...

As we continue to grow our partnership with Amazon in 2023, we have increasing need for both full and part-time Delivery Driver positions. Additionally, there are opportunities for advancement within our company.

The ideal Flatlands Logistics Driver enjoys:

• Working independently while equipped with all the resources necessary to be successful. Innovative GPS technology, new ProMaster 3500 vans, and efficient package organization are a few of the tools that allow you to meet both team and personal goals.

Our ideal Drivers must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license. No CDL required.
• Be reliable and flexible.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job - work in all weather conditions and on a variety of routes; handle 150 packages per day while walking up stairs and getting in and out of the vehicle 100 times per day.
• Load delivery vans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Be a self-starter who can problem solve, and make rapid and sound decisions.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely.
• Use a hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Give consent for a pre-employment screenings - including a 4 panel drug test.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report(multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

Flatlands Logistics provides the following benefits:

• 8-10 hour shifts, typically 9:00am - 7:00pm, shifts available 7 days per week.

Though we aim to offer fixed work schedules, delivery drivers must have some degree of flexibility, particularly during Prime Week and during the holiday season. Most drivers are required to work at least 1 weekend day.
